Ikoor collaborates with investing companies as well as architects, contractors and managing firms. For the contract productions (special projects) undertaken on a turnkey basis, and/or those limited to furniture production only, Ikoor also offers pre-production services if requested by the client. Ikoor carries out its contract production work using its own premises, and the facilities there, as well as using its technical and logistical organizations.

| Ikoor, in its factory built on a 12 000 mē covered area, has a computer-controlled wood working machinery park, and has panel, finish, metal, upholstery and assembly workshops. Ikoor also has an extensive list of sub contractors and suppliers. |
